Claims Policy

* Particleboard, MDF, laminate, veneer, flat pack, and ready to assemble furniture are moved at the owner's risk and are not covered for damage due to their inherently fragile nature.

* Clients are expected to inspect all items upon completion of service and prior to final payment. Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment that services have been completed satisfactory and acceptance of the condition of all items at the time of delivery.

* We understand that some concerns may not be immediately noticed; however, any potential damage claims must be reported on the same day as service and, whenever possible, while the item remains in its original moving blankets, shrink wrap, or protective packaging. Claims reported after packaging has been removed or after the day of service may be difficult or impossible to verify.
